Applications
with no uprights to install slides in a drawer profile will require flat-or
bottom mounted slides.Our DTS
range can be flat mounted on the minor axis. Due to the difference in mounting,
a reduction in load capacity per pair of 40% is to be taken into consideration. Moreover sufficient access from underneath is important to install the slides. Our I beam
slides are made from C45 E+C and extremely rugged and also available with stainless steel

We also supply
specialist slides bottom mount slides that can be used as singles. The General Devices bottom mount slides range in load capacities from 33kg- 676kg per single
slide, with the added benefit of sealed bearings to avoid dirt ingress. The L varieties
of the bottom mount slides are locking versions. 

Typical applications of flat mounted slides would be server applications or train battery boxes.
