TR7619 & TR7619LOC slides are sold as singles, not pairs, so they can be fitted as a mixed lock/non-lock pair. Order 2 pieces if a pair is required.
The 7619 is a Heavy Duty Slide and has a patented sequential beam operation. This allows the slide to extend as a pair and release the strongest beam first. Thus the slide is smoother in operation and the ball cages align with ease. The TR7619 is the heaviest duty rolled steel slide on the market and can handle heavy duty loading to 300kg. It has been developed for special vehicle stowage systems which have until now required expensive, solid section slides. Under test conditions, this slide has outperformed similar products whilst offering 30% more load capacity.
The slide is designed to be fitted in conjunction with the TR7619 LOC locking version as a pair, or for extra secure drawers, a lock on either slide. This slide is particularly suited for emergency vehicle drawer systems where fitting time is paramount or there is limited shutter space at the front of the drawer for an external handle lock. At lengths 1200-1500mm this is also a popular choice for commercial pickup truck converters due to the high load/low price ratio.
Manufactured from formed rolled steel and bright zinc plate, the load capacities range from 125-310kgs and are tested to 100,000 cycles. This slide is made in Europe to the highest quality available in the market. This slide is available in lock in, lock out and fully locking options. Please ask our sales engineers.
Plating is bright zinc chromate as standard, with an optional black passivation. Designation: NEN – EN 12329-Fe/Zn5/F/T2. Layer thickness: Average 5µm. Corrosion resistance: Minimum 120 hours neutral salt spray (ISO-9227/ ASTM- B 117) before zinc corrosion (white) occurs. ROHS compliant.
Dynamic load ratings are tested to 10,000 cycles. Please consult our sales engineers for further information
Load ratings are per pair. Loads are stated at full extension when the slide is uniformly mounted on the direct axis (not flat). This slide is sold as single units (not pairs) in order to allow different locking combinations. The TR7619 is available ex stock.

I have been checking out these sliders for a few months while designing my camper conversion. The website has all the information regarding the dimensions and lengths whilst closed and open and also has the prices.
I had a problem getting the correct screws for the sliders but an email to them got me a quick reply on a weekend telling me which screws to use. Perhaps you should have this information on the website in an easy to find place.
Would recommend this company and the sliders.

The quality is better than other slides I have seen which cost 30% more. We have fitted out 4 trucks so far out of the fleet of 16. The tool mounts hold our equipment on the drawer, so great to get all the kit from one place.

I have been searching for some time to fit a draw in the pickup. The sales lady was very helpful and I received the 1200mm locking versions over night. They were easy to fit and I now have a heavy duty draw holding my tools in place. After comparing online prices, i found these to be the heaviest duty sliders within my budget.

I have fitted a pair of the 1200mm length and loaded it with my tools (I’m an electrician). Whilst I had to make my own drawer, this was a way cheaper option than ordering one from a dealer.
Works very smoothly on 250kg loads and the front handle lock mechanism fits neatly.

Much better quality than other rolled steel products we have specified in the past. The beams open in a staged sequence which is interesting. A lot lighter than other heavy duty slides we have used and this does not suffer from the balls migrating. High levels of inventory are held which suits our build.

we struggled to get a 600Ib slide which did what it said on the package and at the job rate. Prototypes were received within 48 hours to replace failed slides sourced locally.
No local dealer but this was not an issue. Very impressed with the technical support given on a Sunday evening.
