Description
LGB47 Rail – (Carriers ordered separately)
The LGB range of rails are lightweight and compact in size, designed to fit in small space envelopes. Manufactured with a solid aluminium body, there are chrome plated hardened steel inserts with excellent abrasive qualities to 60 HRC. The rails are supplied hard anodised with counterbored fixing holes ready to use.
The compact carriers are quiet and smooth running with the ability to adjust the pre-load via eccentric bearings. The carriers are interchangeable and the rails can be connected to provide any required length. Load ratings are per carrier and loading can be increased by adding additional carriers. The bearings are sealed against contamination.
Especially suited to machine guarding where a hardened raceway extends the lifetime of the guard substantially beyond standard steel. However costing very little in comparison. Withstands temperatures up to 80°C.
The LGB47 Rail has a height of 47mm and a width of 21.75mm. With a carriage installed the overall width is 35.5mm. The LGB47 Carrier has an individual load capacity of Fy 520N and Fz 1200N. Rails are available cut to size, ex stock to 3000mm.
The LGB47 Rail is available ex stock. LGB47 Carriers are ordered separately and are delivered factory fitted. LGB47 rails and carriers are stocked in lengths to 3,000mm. We aim to ship for a next day delivery.

Lolas –
very smooth and stability sliding system, precision and light weight.
Peter Jones –
I can recommend this linear rail system, we have used it on machine guarding with excellent results. Delivered from stock.
Elaine Roberts –
Ordered on the Wednesday, received Thursday. All cut to length with carriers fitted. The rail comes pre-drilled which saved time and enabled us to have the guard working within a couple of hours. The website is a little confusing for a non engineer, but one of their staff steered me through it and was very helpful.
